LEAKING WATER

There are primarily one of two reasons a dishwasher will leak water. One reason is that there’s a problem with the door closure or latch and it will need a replacement. The second problem is a failed water inlet valve that will need to be repaired right after our arrival to your home. DOESN’T TURN ON

In the event a dishwasher will not start or turn on, you should ensure the dishwasher is plugged in and none of the circuit breakers. If that’s not the issue, the issue could be the door latch switches, electronic controls, thermal fuses or motor relays.

WON’T DRAIN OR FILL

A dishwasher is supposed to fill up with water and then drain water after cleaning the dishes. A dishwasher doesn’t fill if there’s a broken door latch or float switch or broken water inlet valve. A dishwasher won’t drain if there is a malfunctioning drain hose or pump motor on the unit.

WON’T WASH DISHES

Your dishwasher is not much use if the dishes are dirty following a cycle. The dishes will still be dirty if there is a broken housing gasket, filter or water tube or spray arm. We have replacement parts to repair each of these dishwasher issues right away.

WON’T DRY DISHES

The reasons to own a dishwasher is for it to both wash and dry dishes. You don’t want to have to hand dry dishes after a cycle. Your dishwasher does not dry when there’s a broken rinse aid dispenser, heating element or thermostat. In order for your dishwasher to wash dishes, it must be able to dispense detergent or soap within the machine. This won’t happen when there’s a broken bi-metal release, timer or wax motor.
